‘Alexa, help my recovery’
Duluth News Tribune reporter between our Occupational Therapy and Academic Technology programs. We’re seeking out innovative ways to help OT clients at our maurices Community Clinic, such as teaching them to use voice-activated digital technology through products like the Amazon Alexa for daily tasks. The story features second-year occupational therapy student Alwajudat Latrice Lawal; Assistant Professor of Occupational Therapy Michele K. Johnson, clients Nick and Sharyn Hill; and Eric Mistry, instructional technologist and digital media specialist.
